Our water is bottled by TriBeCa Beverage Company. We handle South Florida — routing, building access, and service.

What we deliver

Spring water

The default and our highest‑volume product. Natural spring water in 5‑gallon and 3‑gallon bottles, on the same route as the rest of your order.

Alkaline water

Higher pH water for offices whose staff ask for it. Mix alkaline and spring on a single order with no separate delivery or minimum.

Glass bottles

Returnable glass jugs for offices avoiding plastic, plus glass‑bottled premium brands for client‑facing spaces.

Getting into your building

South Florida runs three very different building types, and each wants something different from a vendor.

  • Class A towers — Brickell, Downtown, Las Olas, West Palm. Certificates of insurance naming the owner and managing agent, vendor registration with the security desk, and a booked service elevator. We handle the certificate before the first delivery and renew before it lapses.
  • Converted warehouse & loft space — Wynwood, Design District, Little River. Usually ground‑level roll‑up access and far simpler logistics, but often no formal dock and limited street parking. We schedule these outside peak traffic.
  • Suburban office parks — Doral, Aventura, Sunrise, Boca. The easiest of the three. Parking at the door, no scheduling to negotiate, and no restriction on how much we bring at once.
Moving or opening a second location? Give us the new address and managing agent as early as you can. Certificate turnaround is usually a business day on our side, but some managing agents take a week or more to approve a new vendor. Starting in parallel with your move means water is running on day one.

Billing that suits a finance team

Consolidated invoicing

One monthly invoice across every floor and every location in the tri‑county area, with PO numbers and cost centres where your AP system needs them.

No lock-in

Month‑to‑month. No multi‑year agreement, no auto‑renewing term, no early termination penalty.

Office delivery questions

How quickly can you start?
Once the quote is approved, the limiting factor is usually your building rather than us. Where a certificate of insurance is already on file or the building approves quickly, we can typically make a first delivery within a few business days. Some Brickell managing agents are slower — we’ll tell you honestly where yours is likely to land.
Do you stock multiple floors?
We stock where the water lives. Pantries on four floors means the driver takes bottles to all four, loads the coolers and collects empties from each. There’s no extra charge for multiple pantries within the same tenancy.
What if we run out between deliveries?
Call and we’ll sort it — if a route is nearby we’ll add to that stop, otherwise we can usually get an off‑schedule drop within a day or two. If it happens twice, the standing order is set too low and we’ll raise it rather than let you keep calling.
Do you take the empties?
Every delivery. The bottles are returnable, sanitized and refilled — that’s the model and it’s what keeps the per‑gallon cost reasonable. Leave them near the cooler.

Keep your office stocked year‑round

Tell us your building and your headcount. We’ll send a same-day quote sized for South Florida consumption — not a northern office’s average.
