What we do, and what we don’t
We don’t bottle water. We deliver and service it in South Florida, and that focus is the point.
The water comes from TriBeCa Beverage Company. They handle sourcing, bottling, and sanitizing and refilling returned bottles. Their spring and alkaline products are what arrive at your office.
What we own is the South Florida side: route planning across three counties, keeping certificates of insurance current with managing agents, cooler installation and sanitizing, hurricane‑season planning, and being reachable when something goes wrong. That’s the part that decides whether office water is invisible or a recurring annoyance.

We open accounts on South Florida consumption rather than a national average, because the alternative is a pantry that runs dry every August.
Planned, not reactive
Hurricane season is predictable. We push the planning into May so nobody is competing for supply the week a system gets named.
No lock-in
Month‑to‑month on every account. If the service is good you’ll stay; a contract shouldn’t be what keeps you.
